Dr. Sarah Laibstain is a board-certified Primary Care Physician with over a decade of diverse clinical and leadership experience spanning academic medicine, private practice, and value-based care. A graduate of the University of Virginia College of Medicine, Dr. Laibstain began her career on faculty at the University of Florida where she was involved in both patient care and medical education and was awarded the “Exemplary Teachers Award” three years in a row.
After several years in academic medicine, Dr. Laibstain moved to DFW and transitioned into private practice, serving a broad patient population and deepening her commitment to personalized, community-based care. Recognizing the evolving landscape of healthcare delivery, Dr. Laibstain later joined a leading value-based care organization, where she spent five years focused on improving outcomes and access for patients while emphasizing preventive care and chronic disease management.
With a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine and a passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Laibstain is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with patients and helping them achieve optimal health at every stage of life.
In her free time Dr. Laibstain enjoys lifting weights, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her husband and dogs Simba and Rafiki.
